Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: In line with the diagnostic criteria of obesity,The type of TCM syndrome is stomach heat-dampness obstruction 2: Patients ranged in age from 18 to 65 years 3: Those who are generally in good condition and voluntarily and actively cooperate with relevant treatment in this study 4: Signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with secondary obesity, such as those suffering from neurological diseases (hypothalamic diseases, pituitary tumors, etc.), endocrine diseases (hypothyroidism, hyperadrenocorticosis, diabetes, etc.), and obesity caused by drug-related factors (long-term heavy administration or use of adrenocorticosteroids, use of contraceptives, etc.); 2: Patients 65 years old 3: Severely malnourished, generally in poor condition, unable to cooperate with examination and treatment 4: Patients with a series of serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic coagulation system, endocrine system and mental illness 5: Obese patients who are currently receiving, or have recently received, other drugs, hypoglycemic drugs or non-drug therapy, or are participating in other clinical trials 6: Women who are pregnant, preparing to become pregnant or breastfeeding 7: People who are allergic to relevant Chinese medicine ingredients and allergic constitution 8: Patients with uncontrolled or controlled blood pressure, systolic blood pressure =160mmHg or/and diastolic blood pressure =100mmHg, the dosage and type of antihypertensive drugs taken cannot remain stable 9: According to the judgment of the researchers, other diseases or conditions that reduce the possibility of enrollment or complicate enrollment, such as frequent changes in the working environment, unstable living environment and other conditions that are easy to cause the loss of follow-up
