18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Confirmed unresectable pancreatic cancer(According to 8th edition of the AJCC cancer staging manual) 2)Age =18 years old 3)Presence of biliary obstruction: Imaging showed that the bile duct diameter was greater than 1.0cm with elevated direct bilirubin (greater than 50mmol/L). 4)The diameter of the main pancreatic duct is less than 5mm.No acute pancreatitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)contraindications to anesthesia 2)contraindications to ERCP 3)Patients with coagulation dysfunction or cardiopulmonary dysfunction 4)Pregnant or lactating women 5)Life expectancy of less than 4 weeks 6)Unable to give informed consent
