Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults 18-55 years old 2. According to clinical manifestations and imaging examinations, spinal malformations were confirmed, including scoliosis, kyphosis, and lateral kyphosis. 3. With a complete standing position of the entire spine (preoperative and postoperative), and if necessary, CT and MRI examination. 4. Patients and their families agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent. 5. Patients who are willing to undergo long-term follow-up for evaluation of orthopedic effects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Minors under the age of 18. 2, Patients with other serious diseases: such as severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney dysfunction, blood system diseases, etc., affecting the risk of surgery and postoperative recovery. 3. Patients with spinal deformities due to spinal tumors, infections, trauma, etc. 4. Patients with a history of spinal surgery that may affect the analysis of the results of this study. 5. Patients with serious mental illness who are unable to cooperate with the study. 6, Pregnant or lactating women and other patients who may be involved in radiological examination and drug therapy during surgery and follow-up.
