Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Caregivers who directly care for people with dementia; 3.Work in a nursing home for more than one month; 4. Participate in the study voluntarily and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are participating in other research; 2. Those who are unable to participate in this study due to study away from home, further training, leave of absence, etc; 3. Those who withdraw midway for foreseeable reasons: retirement, personnel transfer, etc.
