Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for knee or hip replacement surgery 2. Aged 18 years-80 years old 3. Signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of surgery on the same joint 2. Signs of local or systemic infection 3. History of metastatic disease (tumor) 4. History of drug abuse
