Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) pathological diagnosis of stage I-III BC; (2) age 18-65 years; (3) receiving chemotherapy for the first time with a Anthracycline regimen; (4) being in preintention stage assessed by health behavior stage assessment questionnaire; (5) having good communication and understanding skills, voluntary provision of informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) previously diagnosed with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, such as coronary heart disease, heart failure, arrhythmia, stroke, etc, (2) exercise contraindications, such as asthma, severe anemia, etc, (3) tumor metastasis or recurrence; (4) present or previous mental or psychological illness.
