Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 and 65 who met the diagnostic criteria for high intersphincteric anal fistula, regardless of gender, completed informed consent and related notification.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with perianal skin diseases such as acute and chronic diarrhea or perianal eczema, accompanied by digestive tract infectious diseases, psychosis, diabetes, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe allergies, coagulation dysfunction, rectovaginal fistula, and anal fistula caused by specific infections (such as tuberculosis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.) or the rupture of rectal and anal malignant tumors, are receiving other related treatment, and may affect the observation of the effect indicators of this study, lactating women, and pregnant women are excluded from the urine HCG test.
