Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Working Group on Obesity (WGOC) for simple obesity. (2) Obese patients with spleen deficiency and dampness excess in accordance with the "TCM Diagnostic and Therapeutic Criteria". (3) Age of 7-14 years old. (4) Informed consent and voluntary subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Obese patients who do not conform to spleen deficiency and dampness. (2) The adrenal corticoreleasing hormone and cortisol of the children were detected, indicating obesity caused by endocrine diseases. (3) Patients who are unwilling to sign informed consent. (4) Patients who cannot return to the clinic on time and fall off midway.
