Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-80 years old; 2. Patients scheduled for primary hip and knee replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ulcerated joint skin and skin diseases; 2. Immunocompromised patients; 3. Patients who had received intra-articular injection or surgical joint treatment within 3.1 months.
