Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years of age. 2. According to the Emery-Little grading system, patients scheduled for cataract surgery with a hard nuclear (4-5 levels) or with a corneal endothelial cell count of less than 2000 cells/mm². 3. The surgery is successful without complications such as posterior capsule rupture. 4. No restrictions on gender or ethnicity. 5. Participants should be in generally good health to ensure the safety and feasibility of the surgery. 6. Feasible for all visits and willing to follow instructions from the study investigator.
