Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1:   ? The patients who are diagnosed as refractory epilepsy and need SEEG electrode implantation must meet the surgical indications for SEEG electrode implantation. 2:   ? patients aged between 18 and 40 years; 3:   ? no serious systemic diseases (such as heart disease, lung disease, liver disease and renal failure); 4:   ? able to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: ? patients with a history of anesthesia within the past 6 months; 2: ? patients enrolled in other clinical trials within the previous 3 months; 3: ? long-term use of sedatives and hypnotics or alcoholism; 4: ? patients with extreme anxiety, panic and communication difficulties 5: ? patients who are allergic to the anesthetic drugs used in the study.
