Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with T2DM aged 35-70 years who met clear diagnostic criteria (WHO1999 diagnostic criteria) were included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.1 Type diabetic patients 2. Poorly controlled diabetic population (HbA1c >8.5%) 3. Hepatic and renal insufficiency (creatinine >1.5 mg/dl, serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) content >3 times the normal value) 4. Patients with severe complications, cardiovascular, brain, kidney and peripheral vascular diseases and clinical manifestations 5. People with asthma, alcoholism, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction or stroke, hyperthyroid patients, patients with malignant tumors and other endocrine diseases and patients receiving hormone therapy 6. Patients with infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and AIDS 7. Pregnant, lactating, or intending to become pregnant during the study 8. Had gastrointestinal surgery (except appendicitis or hernia surgery) 9. Severe mental illness within the last 6 months 10. Pituitary dysfunction 11. Receive drugs to treat cholecystitis, digestive ulcer, urinary tract infection, acute pyelonephritis, allantositis, hyperthymus, etc
