21 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing FET for the first time after the first cycle of IVF (no history of assisted reproduction and pregnancy treatment in other hospitals); 2. Patients undergoing endometrial preparation using HRT-FET; 3. Patients aged between 21 and 35 years; 4. Patients with a body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 24 kg/m²; 5. Patients with at least one high-quality embryo; Definition of good quality embryo: blastocyst >= 3BB grade blastocyst. 6. Select patients for single embryo transfer; 7. Patients who receive ultrasound examination in our hospital and the image quality is clear; 8. Patients with correct data and complete records; 9. Patients with no history of uterine cavity surgery. If endometrial polyps are found, they are removed by routine hysteroscopic surgery prior to embryo transfer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with endometriosis, adenomyosis or adenomyoma; 2. Patients with uterine adhesions or endometritis; 3. Patients with congenital uterine anatomic abnormalities; 4, untreated hydrosalpinx patients; 5. Patients with fluid accumulation in endometrial cavity caused by cesarean section incision and fluid diameter >= 2 mm. 6. Patients with recurrent abortion. If a patient meets any of these criteria, they are excluded.
