Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All met the diagnostic criteria for lung cancer; (2) Age =65 years old; (3) Body mass index (BMI) 18-28kg /m2; (4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I ~ III; (5) All underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy; (6) All signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Serious dysfunction of heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney and other organs; (2) Patients with coagulation dysfunction (3) patients with other types of malignant tumors; (4) There is a history of cognitive impairment or mental illness and other inability to partner; (5) long-term use of sedative or analgesic drugs, opioid dependence or tolerance, a history of drug use; (6) Those who have a history of allergy or contraindication to the anesthetic used; (7) Patients with a history of thoracoscopic surgery; (8) Patients undergoing thoracotomy
