Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Age: Unlimited, b. Gender: male, female; c. Have traceable clinical diagnosis background, gender, age and other case information; d. Have similar symptoms/signs of myositis (such as muscle weakness, myalgia, rash including periorbital erythema, Gottron rash, Gottron sign, shawl sign, "V" sign, periungual erythema, skin ulcers; Raynaud's phenomenon, joint swelling/tenderness, mechanic's hand, fever of unknown origin, interstitial lung disease (ILD), and cardiac involvement, among others. ) and those with a clinical diagnosis of myositis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Incomplete case information (gender, age, clinical diagnosis background information and other demographic data, etc.); b. Cases of repeated enrollment; c. Cases in which samples cannot be provided in accordance with the requirements of the protocol and instructions.
