Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient selection criteria: Age range from 18 to 75 years old; Applicants with upper cervical C1 or C2 pedicle screw placement; Patients with precise surgical indications who require occipital cervical fusion and C1, C2, or lower cervical pedicle screw fixation techniques; Follow up time exceeds 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 or above 75 years old, with a history of cervical spine surgery; Poor overall condition, unable to tolerate surgery; History of cervical infection; The follow-up data is incomplete.
