Interventions

Experimental group:Patients received US-guided iSLNB (ropivacaine 0.20% 5 ml ) before surgery along with GA.
Control group:Patients received US-guided iSLNB ( Normal saline 5ml) before surgery along with GA.

Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-65 years old 2) ASA grade I-II 3) New York Heart Association Heart Function Grade I to II 4) No history of respiratory infection in the last 14 days with superior or inferior pharyngeal injury of the silent door 5) Gynecological surgery patients undergoing elective laparoscopic laryngeal mask general anesthesia 6) The operation is expected to last 1-3h

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Refuse to participate in the study 2) Allergic to local anesthetics 3) Coagulation dysfunction, severe bleeding tendency 4) Local infection or hematoma, tumor and other nerve block contraindications 5) Obese patients, that is, body mass index (BMI) =28 6) Mallampati's airway grade =3 before surgery was rated as difficult airway 7) Patients with full stomach and gastrointestinal obstruction 8) Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency 9) Severe respiratory insufficiency
