Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From May 2017 to December 2023, it was in the ERAS database of our hospital. Patients undergoing elective gastrointestinal malignancy surgery (radical resection for esophageal cancer, radical resection for gastric cancer, radical resection for colorectal cancer, resection for liver cancer, radical resection for cholangiocarcinoma, pancreaticoduodenectomy)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Post-hospital stay (LOS) = 24 hours (2) Age= 18 years old (3) Pregnant women (4) The duration of the operation = 2 hours (5) Patients in the terminal stage who are undergoing palliative care (6) Patients who have undergone any surgery four weeks prior to surgery (7) ASA Grade IV and above (8) Presence of distant metastases and other clinical evidence of malignancy (9) Severe preoperative hepatic and renal insufficiency (10) Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency (cardiac function grade IV/preoperative pulmonary infection) (11) Patients with data quality problems (missing 30%)
