Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Recruitment and enrollment 1) With eye-itching, accompanied by foreign body sensation and increased conjunctival secretion; 2) With conjunctival hyperemia, conjunctival papilla,or specific corneal lesion, at least one of the above; Allergic conjunctivitis can be diagnosed if the above two conditions are met at the same time. 3) The PAC patients were screened according to the 2018 expert consensus diagnostic criteria, and then the moderate to severe PAC patients were selected according to the ocular allergic signs grading scale. 4) continuous attack within the past 3 months, and no use of relevant anti-allergic and hormone drugs or other desensitization treatment within the past 2 weeks. 5) The patients who met the above criteria were randomly divided into IPL treatment group and control group. The patients in IPL treatment group were given IPL treatment + artificial tears + anti-allergic drugs. The control group was only treated with artificial tears and anti-allergic drugs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with recent eye infection, bleeding or other local diseases, and topical use of anti-allergic and hormone drugs; Patients with ocular pterygium, scar, trichiasis, periocular acne, eyelid dysraphism, eyelid entropion, tumor and other ocular surface structures; Patients with a history of ocular local surgery; Wearing contact lenses; Patients with major chronic diseases include but are not limited to those with cardiopulmonary diseases, diabetes, mental disorders, etc.; Women in pregnancy.
