Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for pediatric HSP, accompanied by gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal pain, vomiting, etc., and meet one of the following three criteria: visible gastrointestinal bleeding such as hematemesis, bloody stools, etc.; positive fecal occult blood test; intestinal wall swelling shown on abdominal ultrasound; (2) The diagnosis conforms to the internal damp-heat syndrome; (3) Ages 5-18; (4) Children entering the group must have informed consent from their legal guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) People with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney, lung, and hematopoietic system diseases at the time of selection; (2) Those participating in other clinical trials of drugs.
