Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: student who is following criteria will be included in the study: Year 3 students in their semester 5 and 6. Students who have selected community nursing A or B in the year 3, and finished the theoretical content learning, especially the chapters about aging and chronic disease care among older people. Since this course teaches students with empathy, emotional intelligence, and caring behaviors when communicating with or caring for an older person, so this can give students a brief understanding before they contact with an older people, which is essential to the program implementation. Students have passed the examination of the five basic academic courses: Basic Nursing (1) in semester 2, Basic Nursing (2) in semester 3, Health Assessment Practice in semester 3, Physical Nursing (1) in semester 4, Surgical Nursing (1) in semester 4. These courses teach students with basic nursing skills what they will need to practice in community clinics and give health education for older people.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: student whom with the following criteria will be excluded from the study: Have mental diseases or other communication disabilities, which can obstruct the contact with older people in communities. Suspended learning in Community Nursing A or B or dropped out of school during the investigation. Refused to participate in the study.
