18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASAI~II, aged 18-70 years, patients with indwelling urethral catheter after elective gynecological surgery and complaining of CRBD (both moderate to severe CRBD).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with psychiatric diseases and cognitive dysfunction, patients with infection at the injection site or scars from previous surgeries, pathological bladder, bladder obstruction, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, chronic pain, long-term use of opioids, and communication disorders.
