Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with cervical and lumbar degenerative diseases; The indications are clear and endoscopic spinal surgery is required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complicated with neoplastic disease; Combined with old fracture; The surgical site has a previous surgical history; Patients who have difficulty tolerating surgery.
