Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Vaginal ultrasound examination after drug abortion showed intrauterine pregnancy residue ; ( 2 ) Residue diameter = 3.0 cm ; ( 3 ) Blood ß-HCG < 1 000 U / L ; ( 4 ) days of vaginal bleeding = 14 days ; ( 5 ) BMI : 18.5-28kg / m2 ; ( 6 ) Age : 18-44 years old ; ( 7 ) Before treatment, all patients voluntarily signed the informed consent of drug conservative treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Have a history of drug allergy used in this program ; ( 2 ) The amount of vaginal bleeding is greater than the amount of menstruation ; ( 3 ) with secondary infection such as endometritis ; ( 4 ) Abnormal liver and kidney function or associated with breast or endometrial related tumors ; ( 5 ) Diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy or gestational trophoblastic disease.
