18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-60 years old; (2) Accord with standard of ICHD - 3 in the diagnosis of migraine, and definite diagnosis of migraine; (3) Persons who were in the middle of a migraine attack at the time of the current visit; (4) The blood collection in the headache phase; (5) Complete medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) People with infections in the central nervous system, respiratory system, digestive system, genitourinary system and other parts of the body within the past 1 month; (2) Nearly a month received antibiotics, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug therapy or oral immunosuppressive therapy; (3) Nearly a month has a history of blood transfusion and adjuvant therapies; (4) With severe nerve mental illness or mental illness, people with lower reliability; (5) Patients with secondary migraine; (6) People with incomplete medical record.
