Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) At 18 years old; 2) Loss of maxillary posterior teeth; 3) Dental loss in the operation area for at least 3 months; 4) No acute or chronic severe inflammation of the upper collar sinus, no tumor and other space-occupying lesions in the upper collar sinus; 5) The height of the remaining alveolar bone in the missing tooth area is less than 6mm;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with systemic diseases not suitable for implants: such as uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, bone metabolic diseases, head and facial radiotherapy and others; 2) Patients with uncontrolled periodontitis or mucosal disease; 3) Heavy smokers (more than 10 cigarettes per day); 4) Patients with night bruxism; 5) Imimplant implantation or artificial bone material implantation in the tooth missing area; 6) Psychiatric patients.
