18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.T1-T2(=40mm) 2.cN0(undoubtedly positive lymph nodes before surgery) 3. Postoperative pathological diagnosis was PTC 4. Unilateral adenolobectomy combined with isthmus or total adenolobectomy combined with central lymph node dissection with evidence of central lymph node metastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative paraffin-embedded histology proved non-PTC or mixed PTC 2. No central lymph node dissection was performed 3. Evidence of blood disease 4. Evidence of autoimmune disease 5. There is evidence of acute and chronic inflammation or other diseases affecting blood routine examination before surgery 6. Pathological or clinical diagnosis of distant metastasis 7. Incomplete clinical data
