Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass and major vascular surgery under general anesthesia; (2) over 18 years of age; (3) agree and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The MMSE score was lower than the normal limit; (2) pre-existing psychological and/or psychiatric illness; (3) have a clear history of stroke; (4) Parkinson's disease, epilepsy history; (5) Brain tumor or previous history of craniocerebral surgery; (6) severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; (7) impairment of hearing, vision or speech, which prevents communication;
