Colon Adenoma

Interventions

White light imaging:Both times, the proximal colon was withdrawn in white light imaging mode.
Narrow band imaging:The proximal colon was first withdrawn in NBI mode, and the second time in white light imaging mode.
Texture and color enhancement imaging:The proximal colon was first withdrawn in TXI mode, and the second time in white light imaging mode.

40 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive patients aged 40–85 years undergoing colonoscopy for screening, surveillance, or diagnostic purposes were recruited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Failed cecal intubation (2) Aronchick score greater than 3 during colonoscopy insertion (3) Previous colorectal resection (4) History of taking antithrombotic medication in the past week (5) In?ammatory bowel disease or intestinal tuberculosis (6) Familial polyposis syndrome (7) Refuse to sign the informed consent form
