Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? According to GDM diagnostic criteria: The 75 g oral glucose tolerance test was used to screen GDM pregnant women from 24 to 28 weeks. If one or more blood glucose levels meet or exceed glucose tolerance standards (The International Association of Diabetes and Pregnancy Study Groups (IADPSG)) (fasting 5.1 mmol/L, 1 h: 10.0mmol/L, 2 h: 8.5 mmol/L), diagnosed with GDM; ? Single pregnancy, vaginal delivery; Age =18 years old; ? Can communicate orally or in writing; ? Follow the interviewer on time 6 weeks after delivery; ? Mothers sign informed consent and participate voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of pelvic organ prolapse before pregnancy and the history of pelvic surgery require long-term PFMT.
