Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Permanent population in Xicheng District of Beijing ; 2. age 20-45 years old, nearly 3-6 months of pregnancy plan ; 3. not pregnant ; 4. not taking contraceptives and other sex hormone drugs within 6 months ; 5.voluntary participation in this study ;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 history of ovarian surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy ; 2 ovarian tumor ; 3 congenital structural abnormalities of the reproductive tract or reproductive system and pituitary tumors ;
