control group:Adopt the dietary principle of "2-4-6 h" after surgery, which consists of water drinking at 2 hours, liquid diet at 4 hours and full diet at 6 hours since the recovery from anesthesia. A
experimental group:The experimental group implemented early quantitative rehabilitation activities on the basis of the control group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing elective day surgery; (2) Patients with grade III or Grade IV day surgery; (3) Age 18-75 years old; (4) Cear consciousness, normal reading ability or language expression ability; (5) Patients and their families voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Accompanied by serious cardiopulmonary dysfunction or other organ function diseases; (2) Have a history of mental illness; (3) Those who have fractures or joint lesions in the past and affect normal activities.
