Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes or had been diagnosed with T2DM and were taking medication; 2. age =18 years old; 3. Diabetes duration =12 months; 4. Informed consent and can participate in this study independently, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of dementia or other neurological diseases that can cause brain dysfunction; 2. History of severe hypoglycemia or diabetic ketoacidosis; 3. history of alcohol and/or psychotropic substance abuse; 4. other major organ failure; 5. there are language, vision and hearing disorders that affect the implementation of the study; 6. other diseases that affect cognitive function or do not support the test.
