Interventions

Control group:Conventional extracorporeal shock wave therapy ( Pain points)
Experiment group one:Divergent extracorporeal shock wave therapy was used, the treatment site was the myofascial trigger point of the patients peroneal muscle group
Experiment group two:Divergent extracorporeal shock wave therapy was used, the treatment site was the peroneus muscle group around the ankle joint and the muscle group on the trigger point chain of th

18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Basketball players aged 18-30; (2) the affected limb has one or more repeated sprains, subjective feeling of leg weakness or loss of control; (3) The last ankle sprain should be =1 month from the start of the experiment; (4) Cumberland Ankle Instability Scale (CAIT) score =24 points; (5) Ankle front drawer test and talus tilt test were negative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Open injury around the ankle joint; (2) Receiving other related treatment during the intervention; (3) cardiovascular disease (such as high blood pressure, heart disease); (4) Unable to accept treatment plans and unable to cooperate with treatment; (5) Contraindications for shock wave.
