Inclusion criteria: (1) Left main PCI patients who underwent VA-ECMO assisted interventional treatment (2) Complete clinical data

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with combined malignant tumors (2) Patients with severe combined liver and kidney dysfunction (3) Merge with other severe heart disease patients
