Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative CT, MRCP, cholangiography, or other examinations confirmed the diagnosis of bile duct stones after biliary enteric anastomosis; 2. Ages between 18 and 70; 3. The general condition is good without organ dysfunction, and the patients can tolerate general anesthesia and open surgery; 4. Preoperative liver function in Child Pugh A or Child Pugh B ; 5. Normal coagulation function; 6. At least one history of biliary-enteric anastomosis; 7. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients can not tolerate general anesthesia and open surgery; 2. Preoperative liver function in Child-Pugh C; 3. Abnormal coagulation function; 4. Patients without a history of biliary-enteric anastomosis; 5. Patients with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis requiring emergency surgery; 6. Patients with liver atrophy or intrahepatic bile duct cancer.
