Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with hypertension combined with atrial fibrillation; (2) Men or women aged 18-79; (3) Having normal reading and writing abilities and proficient in using apps; (4) Patients with informed consent to the research content; (5) Having a smartphone that can be installed and used with applications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Under 18 years old and above 80 years old; (2) Illiteracy, or patients with impaired basic reading and writing abilities, as well as inability to take care of themselves in daily life; (3) Patients with severe cardiovascular and tumor diseases are not suitable for this clinical trial; (4) Patients with severe cerebral and renal artery atherosclerotic stenosis; (5) Suffering from serious heart diseases (congenital heart disease, valvular disease, cardiomyopathy, postoperative cardiac surgery, pacemaker implantation, etc.), hematological diseases, autoimmune diseases, thyroid diseases, pregnancy, and malignant tumors; (6) Individuals with severe mental illness or consciousness disorders who are unable to answer questions accurately; (7) Individuals with other neurological related diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, etc.
