Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 18 to 75 years (including 18 and 75 years of age); 2) pathologically confirmed cervical cancer or endometrial cancer and divided into stage I to III according to the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) staging manual (8th edition); 3) based on the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) or Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO) guidelines, radiotherapy of the pelvic cavity is required regardless of other cancer treatments (chemotherapy and brachytherapy);4) karnofsky performance status (KPS)=70;(5) the patient or authorized client signed an informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients who cannot tolerate radiation therapy; 2) patients with a history of radiation treatment of the pelvic cavity; 3) patients with severe renal insufficiency, blood clotting disorders or immune system diseases; 4) long-term repeated use of antibiotics, antifungal drugs, etc. for one month; 5) other reasons cannot be accomplished by the researchers.
