Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years 2. ASA grade I-III 3. Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusing to sign the test consent 2. Neuropsychiatric disorders or a previous history of neurological or psychiatric disorders 3. Auricular dermatitis or auricular concha injury 4. Long-term use of psychotropic drugs, such as cortisol or antidepressant or anxiety drugs. 5. Metal implants in the body ( such as pacemakers ) 6. Severe neurological, renal, cardiovascular or liver diseases. 7. A Mini-Mental State Examination score (range: 0-30, with lower scores indicatingworse cognitive function) lower than 15 8. Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome
