Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients in the control group had corresponding surgical indications; (2) The patient was immunocompetent; (3) no autoimmune disease or chronic infection; (4) Patients with PSS can be followed up on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Elderly patients (>80 years old) with poor basic conditions and many combined influencing factors were difficult to evaluate; (2) pregnant patients; (3) those who could not tolerate corneal confocal microscopy and other relevant examinations.
