Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? no contraindications to epidural anesthesia and voluntary request for labor analgesia; ?age of 18 to 45 years old, head presentation, singleton pregnancy, term birth, no contraindications to vaginal delivery, no obstetric risk factors, such as pregnancy-induced hypertension, placenta previa, etc.; ?the implementation of labor analgesia 48 h before without ibd (such as upper respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection and reproductive tract infections, etc.) and heat;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Fever >37.5? in incubation period (infection may have been present at the time of labor); ? complicated with infectious diseases, vaginitis, Candida albicans infection, and use of antibiotics within 48 hours before delivery; ? with severe complications; ? age 45 years old; ? other patients who are not suitable for vaginal delivery; ? contraindications of epidural labor analgesia; ? Mental illness or communication disorder.
