Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 to 75 years old 2.Ability to read and use QR codes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of colonoscopy 2. Familial adenomatous polyposis 3. Known colorectal polyps 4. History of gastrointestinal surgery 5. Unable to provide informed consent 6. Refusal to participate in research
