Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) First cerebral infarction, within 7 days of onset; 2) Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score of 0-1 before stroke; 3) Age 18-80 years old; 4) Patients can cooperate to complete various tests; 5) Patients and their families agree to participate in the program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Prestroke fatigue was present in patients with previously known fatigue diseases such as hypothyroidism, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease or tumor (fatigue severity scale score =4 points 3 months before ischemic stroke was recalled by the patient); 2) Patients with previous depression, dementia or other mental illness; 3) Cerebral hemorrhage, subdural hematoma or subarachnoid hemorrhage; 4) Combined with other mental diseases or severe confusion, severe aphasia; 5) The Simple Intelligent Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE) assessed cognitive dysfunction (illiteracy <17 points, primary school <20 points, junior high school and above <24 points); 6) Patients with serious physical diseases (heart failure, liver failure, kidney failure), infectious diseases and immune system diseases, and patients with malignant tumors;7) People with combined substance dependence (alcohol, drugs, poison dependence); 8) Pregnant or lactating women.
