Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient group: ? Acute appendicitis was confirmed by imaging and postoperative pathology; ? over 18 years old; ? No history of inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal tumor, irritable bowel syndrome and other gastrointestinal diseases; ? no history of dry mouth, oral ulcer, gingivitis, periodontitis and other oral diseases; ? No antibiotics and hormone drugs were used within 3 months prior to enrollment; ? Sign "Informed consent" and "Surgical consent"; ? Good compliance, cooperate with diagnosis and treatment. healthy control group: ? No history of appendectomy; ? over 18 years old; ? No history of inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal tumor, irritable bowel syndrome and other gastrointestinal diseases; ? no history of dry mouth, oral ulcer, gingivitis, periodontitis and other oral diseases; ?No antibiotics and hormone drugs were used within 3 months prior to enrollment; ? Sign the Informed Consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient group: ? Refuse to undergo surgical appendectomy; ? Complex acute appendicitis was confirmed by imaging and postoperative pathology. Pregnancy or lactation; ? Refuse to join the project research experiment. healthy control group: No exclusion criteria.
