Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age>18 years (2)Scheduled for elective acoustic neuroma surgery (3)American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) physical status I-III (4)Inform the relevant contents of this clinical trial and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Combination of severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic or renal dysfunction (2)History of mental illness or currently taking psychotropic medications (3)History of neurological diseases(cerebral infarction, transient ischemic attack, history of cerebral hemorrhage, Parkinson’s disease, mental retardation, craniocerebral injury) (4)Heart rate below 50bpm or prolonged QT interval on electrocardiogram (5)ECG indicates preexcitation syndrome, or confirm the history (6)Allergy to ropivacaine or bupivacaine liposome (7)Infection at the puncture site or systemic presence (8)History of craniotomy (9)Postoperative sedation for various reasons (10)Inability to understand visual analog scores(VAS) (11)Delayed extubation or admission to ICU with intubation for any reasons
