Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Symptoms : obvious pain symptoms, mainly in the neck, shoulder and back, some can be manifested as headache, relatively rare ; ( 2 ) The earlobe is more than 1 cm in front of the acromion ; ( 3 ) The head is not upright, showing a forward state ; ( 4 ) The upper body was chest-shaped, round shoulder, and found that the forearm showed excessive pronation, wing-shaped scapula ; ( 5 ) The upper and lower angles of the scapula are not at the same level ; ( 6 ) Establish a connection between the extension line of the angle of the eye and the tip of the ear, showing no parallel state, showing an angle with the ground ; ( 7 ) Persist in completing the treatment and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) those who do not accept the experimental scheme ; ( 2 ) There were other cervical or thoracic lesions, or shoulder joint problems, which were confirmed to have pathological changes and were not included in this study. ( 3 ) Although there was no clear cervical spondylosis in the past, there were obvious signs after examination and were not included ; ( 4 ) Shoulder and neck have been clearly trauma, or have done local surgery, does not meet the criteria of this study ; ( 5 ) Patients who are currently in training, or who use pain medication to relieve symptoms during the experiment, or who have participated in other experiments, are excluded ; ( 6 ) Patients with a clear history of infection, evidence of tuberculosis infection, severe important organ diseases, and diagnosed bone tumors were excluded.
