Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Aged 15-30, with acne on the face; ? Individuals diagnosed with mild, moderate, or severe acne according to the "Chinese Acne Treatment Guidelines (2019 Revision)"; ? Informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Have taken or applied acne treatment medications (including retinoids, hormonal drugs, etc.) or used antibiotics within 4 weeks prior to participation; ? Females who are menstruating, pregnant, or breastfeeding.
