Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stroke group 1. First stroke, confirmed by head CT or MRI; 2. Duration of onset = 2 weeks; 3. Age 18-90 years old, male or female; 4. Unilateral upper limb motor dysfunction, upper limb Burunnstrom stage =3 stages; 5. The patient had no obvious cognitive dysfunction (MMSE=25 points); 6. Patient's sitting balance = level 4; 7. First time to practice the eight Dan Jin; 8. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent. Healthy group 1. Age 18-90 years old, male or female; 2. No significant cognitive dysfunction (MMSE=25 points); 3. First time to practice the eight Dan Jin; 4. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of stroke, brain trauma, and brain tumor; 2.Complicated with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction or other serious physical diseases; 3. Previous epilepsy and family history of epilepsy; 4. Metal implanted in the human body, such as heart pacemakers, metal in the skull, etc.; 5. New infarcts or secondary bleeding, worsening of the condition; 6. Patients with severe cervical spondylosis, including severe cervical conical stenosis and cervical instability.
