Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers aged 18 to 60 2. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a history of basic diseases, chronic diseases, infectious diseases and disabilities; 2. Having a history of surgery; 3. Used antibiotics in the past two weeks; 4. Used probiotics and prebiotics in the past two weeks; 5. Used any medications or supplements in the last two weeks;
