50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 50-70 years old; 2. According to the International Physical Activity Questionnaire, the daily activity level is low to moderate; 3. Volunteer to participate in this research project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. All kinds of acute, infectious, infectious diseases, visceral insufficiency; 2. Organic diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and respiratory systems; 3. Severe musculoskeletal disorders affecting moderate to high intensity physical activity; 4. Exercise test contraindications.
